Contact diagnostic

You can complete the diagnostic without any answer leaving the screen. If you ultimately submit it, the data you entered is processed: primary goal, starting point, blockers, audience, desired action, brand traits, solutions of interest, current investment range —including the option not to disclose it—, timing, decision stage, name, email, optional company, optional URL, language and optional additional context. Your IP and browser information are not stored in the inquiry inbox.

Measurement and consent

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It then records visited pages, acquisition and UTM campaigns, referring domain, approximate country, language, browser, operating system, device type and viewport, viewed sections and projects, reading depth, contact CTA usage, diagnostic progress and technical outcome, plus performance metrics such as LCP, INP and CLS. It never receives names, emails, companies, URLs entered, form choices or free text. Google Signals, User-ID, advertising personalization and user-provided data remain disabled.

Inquiry attribution

If you accepted analytics and later submit the diagnostic, the inquiry may include UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content, referring domain, first landing path and capture date. This connects an opportunity with its origin without copying unknown parameters, advertising identifiers or the complete referring URL.

Services and access

The site sends the inquiry to a Google Apps Script application. It is recorded in a private Google Sheet and a notification is sent through Google Mail. Consented metrics are processed in Alejandro Fink’s Google Analytics property. Only Alejandro has operational access to these tools.

Retention

Inquiries are kept for no longer than 12 months from receipt and deleted earlier when they are no longer needed. Google Analytics user and event data is configured for 14 months without resetting the period on new activity; standard aggregate reports may remain available longer within the service. Your analytics choice is stored locally until you change it.

Your choices

You can reject analytics without losing any feature and change your choice from “Analytics preferences” in the footer or on this page. You may also request access, correction or deletion of an inquiry by writing to alegfink@gmail.com, or use direct email without completing the form.

Language preference

The ES/EN choice is stored locally in the browser and in a functional cookie so the preference can be respected. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
